Dominica’s Finance Minister to assume the chairmanship of the ECCB Monetary Council

Dominica’s Minister of Finance, Dr Irving McIntyre, is to assume the chairmanship of the  Eastern Caribbean Central Bank Monetary Council during a meeting in Dominica on Thursday evening.

The meeting brings together Finance Ministers of the sub-grouping at the Intercontinental Resort and spa in Portsmouth from 5 oclock in the afternoon.

Meantime Dr McIntyre says there will be no new taxes as budget day in Dominica is set for later this month.
