Dominica’s Prime Minister raises concerns over a statement by the UWP leader on the CBI program

Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has raised concerns over a statement by UWP leader Dr Thomson Fontaine on the Citizenship by Investment program.
Fontaine said last week that a UWP Government would phase out the CBI since the program has been heavily scrutinised abroad.
However, Mr Skerrit says the statements by Fontaine are ill-advised as the CBI program has rescued Dominica, especially after Hurricane Maria in 2O17.
