The electoral office has reported a 32.5 percent voter turnout in the Roseau North by-election on September 7.
Dominica Labour Party candidate Ashma Mc Dougal secured 1473 votes, while Danny Lugay of the UWP secured 998 and independent candidate Sherman Boston secured 49.
