Farmers and Fishers Urged to Take Precautions Ahead of Weather System

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Blue and Green Economy is urging all farmers and fishers to remain alert and take the necessary precautions, as a weather system is expected to affect Dominica from tonight.

Farmers are also encouraged to secure equipment, tools, farm structures, seedlings and other materials, while taking steps to protect livestock and crops from strong winds and heavy rainfall.
