DAT President encourages teachers to use the annual teachers’ training institute to renew their passion for teaching

President of the Dominica Association of Teachers, Mervin Alexander, has encouraged teachers to use the annual teachers’ training institute to renew their passion for teaching.

The Dominica Association of Teachers Training Institute opened at the Convent High School auditorium this morning,  with a record 187 teachers having registered for the two-week training program.

Meantime , treasurer of the Dominica Association of Teachers Kathleen Cornelius says this years summer institute is highly important.

The theme of the summer institute is  EMPOWERING EDUCATORS for inclusive , innovative and effective teaching and leadership.
