Vice president of the Dominica Amateur Basketball Association, Yannick Regis has been elected new president of the National Youth Council of Dominica (NYCD).
Registe defeated Luchiano Devin Sherlock Dupuis 59 votes to 6 in the election of the NYC at the Dominica/China Friendship Hospital auditorium on Saturday.
