Dominica Trade Union Congress President issues call for an agency fee to be instituted in Dominica

President of the Dominica Trade Union Congress Steve Joseph has called for an agency fee to be instituted in Dominica.

The agency fee would ensure that employees pay a fee to the union which represents them.

Mr Joseph says there are too many employees who benefit from the union, but fees are not paid to the union.
