President of the Dominica Council on Ageing calls for consultation with the elderly before the construction of public buildings

President of the Dominica Council on Ageing, Nigel Lawrence, has called for the elderly to be consulted prior to the construction of public buildings.  

The Dominica Council on Ageing is holding its 30th Annual General Meeting at Goodwill Parish Hall.

Mr Lawrence says the Dominica Council on Ageing is concerned about the attitude of bus drivers towards the elderly.

Meantime, Minister of State in the Ministry of Health and Wellness Dr. Cassandra Williams called on Dominica’s youth to connect with the elderly.
