The 31^st mission of the US-based VOSH Eye Care programme is to attend to over 1, OOO clients during its four-day stay in Dominica this week.

The mission begins services at Portsmouth today.

The VOSH Eye Care program is an initiative of the Rotary Club of Dominica and the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Social Services.
