Police expected to charge a man with arson following a fire in Roseau last week

Police are expected to charge a man with arson, following a fire in Roseau last week.

The fire in the vicinity of Upper Lane, Kennedy Avenue and Great Malborough Street in the early hours of the morning destroyed 1O buildings, including small businesses, homes and offices.

Police picked the man last week. 

Up to news time, he was still in custody. The police will convene a press conference this morning at 11.30 to reveal the results of the investigation into recent fires.
