DOMLEC’s Director states that the introduction of geothermal energy will reduce consumer bills by 17 percent

Director at DOMLEC, Sam Rafael, has announced that the introduction of geothermal energy will reduce consumer bills by 17 per cent.

Mr Rafael told a press conference of DOMLEC this morning that the geothermal plant is complete, but testing is underway.

He says geothermal energy will become a game-changer for Dominica.
