Public Works Minister, Grant, Hopes The Sashing of Former Culture Minister, Roslyn Paul, Will Inspire Young People

Minister for Public Works Fidel Grant says the recognition of former Minister Roslyn Paul as a cultural elder during Heritage Day celebrations in Paix Bouche on Sunday will inspire young people to contribute to Dominica’s cultural development.

Grant said Paul had made a worthwhile contribution to the preservation and promotion of the island’s culture, making her recognition a fitting acknowledgement of her service.

He expressed hope that her example would encourage the younger generation to appreciate Dominica’s cultural heritage and play an active role in keeping its traditions alive.
