Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has announced that construction has begun on the first sample homes under the Government’s Future Housing Programme.
The initiative is aimed at providing affordable housing for Dominicans under the age of 45.
The Prime Minister confirmed that three homes are currently being built.
