Double murder accused Johnathan Lehrer is to return to court later this week, as the high court  decides whether his bail conditions should be varied

Lehrer appeared in court again yesterday asking the court to vary his bail condition to enable him to travel on medical grounds, but the matter was adjourned. kings counsel Thomas Astaphan is leading the case on behalf of the state.
