Dominica’s Electricity Consumers will see an increase in fuel surcharge on their Electricity Bill effective this month.
That’s according to Chief Financial Officer at DOMLEC Clyde Edwards.
Edwards says this is based on approval from the Independent Regulatory Commission IRC.
