Dominica’s Chief Elections Officer says plans in place for the official resumption of voter registration on Monday

Chief Elections Officer Anthea Joseph has announced that plans are set for the official resumption of voter registration on Monday.

Voter registration in Dominica had been paused due to issues with technological readiness. However, it will now resume at confirmation centres across the island.

Joseph says the electoral office is in the process of amending the relevant legislations in regard to the required documents needed for voter confirmation and registration.
