Shelise Paris Belle who owns 20 Grams Services, captured the award at the Dominica Youth Business Trust 20th Anniversary and Awards Ceremony at Goodwill Parish Hall on Wednesday.
20 Grams Services uses cannabis to develop oils for organic relief and healing from various ailments.

The DYBT Determined Male Entrepreneur Award went to Tevin Benjamin of Goodwill owner of Kings Punch, while Alisha Steadman the owner of Pretty Lady Store in Mahaut was Female Determined Entrepreneur of the Year.
Meantime Minister for Youth Gretta Roberts said the graduation ceremony for the 49 entrepreneurs represents a major achievement.
