The General Manager of the Public Works Corporation has justified recent nonpayment of salaries to some employees

General Manager of the Public Works Corporation Titus Francis has justified nonpayment of salaries to some employees recently.

Francis says a decision was taken not to pay the employees for actions they took.

He says the management of the Public Works Corporation continues to work with the Dominica Public Service Union to resolve matters affecting the employees.
