Cultural industry consultant Anita Bully has raised concerns over the state of some major buildings in Roseau.

Mrs Bully, production manager and financial comptroller of CARZ CREOLE and a member of the  Alwin Bully Foundation, told a discussion on cultural heritage and cultural industries that Dominica’s built heritage has to be given attention.
