Public Works could have an asphalt plant at its disposal- Chairman Titus Francis

Chairman of the Public Works Corporation, Titus Francis, says Public Works could have an asphalt plant at its disposal.

He says the corporation will also have an excavator soon.

He says this will help enhance Public Works, which was challenged in the past due to financial constraints.
