The flagship and training ship of the Venezuelan Navy, popularly known as the “Ambassador Without Borders” will arrive in Dominica on April 6.

The Ship began its 36th training cruise abroad mission, entitled “Seas of Union for Bolívar’s Dream 2026,” on March 21.

The ship will visit five countries across the Caribbean for the next three months.

Venezuelan Ambassador to Dominica, His Excellency Jose Durabio Moros Savelli spoke to DBS news about the mission.
