Leader of the United Workers Party, Dr. Thompson Fontaine, is making a strong appeal to young people, particularly young men, to put down the illegal guns and turn away from violence, warning that the current level of bloodshed in Dominica is deeply troubling.
Speaking to DBS News Desk on the issue, Fontaine said the scale of violence being witnessed is unacceptable for a country the size of Dominica and is having far-reaching effects beyond those directly involved.
