UPP will wait for an announcement by the Prime Minister before deciding to participate in the Roseau North by- election- UPP Leader

Leader of the United Progressive Party Joshua Francis says his party will wait for an announcement by Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit before deciding whether it participates in a by- election in Roseau North.

The Roseau North seat has been made vacant after Miriam Blanchard resigned as Parliamentary Representative on Friday, paving the way for a by- election.
