Students of the North of the island told that their circumstance should not determine their destiny

President of the Dominica Association of Persons with Disabilities Judy Sango has told students of the north that their circumstance should not determine their destiny.

Miss Sango, the guest speaker at the Northern Schools Independence Parade at Portsmouth on Tuesday, encouraged the students to pursue their dreams vigorously.

She said her dream is to become a High Court Judge.
