Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says Dominica is well-positioned to serve as a mediator of peace between the United States and Venezuela.

Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says Dominica is well-positioned to serve as a mediator of peace between the United States and Venezuela.

Speaking at the end of year news conference, Skerrit told reporters that Dominica and the wider Caribbean Community (Caricom) region are urging “dialogue and diplomacy” to deal with the situation.

Mr Skerrit further denounced any acts of violence in the Caribbean region.
