The Office of Disaster Management is urging the general public to begin early preparations as forecasts indicate a near-average 2026 Atlantic hurricane season.
Communications Officer at the Office of Disaster Management, Carlisle Jno Baptiste encouraged citizens to embrace a culture of preparedness, reminding the public that disaster management should be treated as a shared responsibility.
He made these comments on the DISASTER AND YOU programme on DBS Radio this morning.
