The police have announced new traffic arrangements to accommodate this week’s Ti Vilaj Kwéyòl at the Botanic Gardens.
Ti Vilaj Kwéyòl, which runs from today to Thursday from 12 noon to 8pm, brings together 83 vendors and 59 acts on stage.
