Parliamentary Representative for the Roseau Central Constituency Melissa Poponne Skerrit says the staging of the Ti Vilaj Kwéyòl is a movement to promote local entrepreneurship and small businesses.
Ti Vilaj Kwéyòl runs from today to Thursday from 12 noon to 8pm.
Meantime Mrs. Skerrit announced a new highlight which will be included at this year’s Ti Vilaj Kwéyòl.
