Justice Colin Williams has reserved judgment, following an application brought by the state this morning for bail granted to double murder accused Johnathan Lehrer to be revoked.
Lehrer is charged with Robert Synder for the murder of Eco-Resort Owner Daniel Langlois and Dominic Marchand
Bail has been opened for Lehrer under tough conditions.
Lawyers for the state appeared before the judge this morning asking for the bail to be revoked.
