General Manager of the Dominica Solid Waste Management Corporation, Florian Mitchell, has expressed concerns regarding waste management efforts across Dominica.

Over the past few months, there have been significant issues with waste collection throughout the country.

However, Mitchell stated that the corporation, in collaboration with the government, has increased resources to address these challenges.

He emphasised the importance of adopting better waste management practices in order to eliminate the ongoing waste management problems in Dominica.
