An $8.5-million-dollar contract has been signed for the construction of a Multipurpose Center and Emergency Shelter in the Kalinago Territory.
During the media launch and contract signing, Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit stated that Dominica can be viewed as a trade mark of resilience.
Mr. Skerrit also urged the Kalinago Council to work together with central government on projects that will benefit the Kalinago people.
