Consumers of electricity will know in the first quarter of 2025 whether they will be asked to pay new rates one way or the other.
The Independent Regulatory Commission (IRC) and DOMLEC have been engaged in a tariff review exercise and the process continued on Tuesday with a stakeholders’ consultation.
Executive Director of the Independent Regulatory Commission Justinn Kase says they are closer to a decision on electricity rates, but the process is not yet complete.
