Consultant psychiatrist at the Acute Psychiatric Unit, Dr Nadia Wallace, wants Dominica and other Caribbean Islands to review the age at which youth are allowed to consume or purchase marijuana and alcohol.
Dr Wallace says the Caribbean Islands should emulate a position adopted by Trinidad in recent times.

The unit has organised activities to observe World Mental Health Day, which was on Saturday.
