A teacher at the Isaiah Thomas Secondary School has been named the 2024 UWI Global Campus Valedictorian.

Mrs. Kelian Stedman is the fifth Dominican to attain this honor following the footsteps of the Minister of State in the Ministry of Labour, Public Service Reform, Social Partnership Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development with specific responsibility for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Daren Pinard, Kirk Edwards, Novenia Issac and Yehudi John.

Steadman says she hopes to inspire others with her newest accolade.

Stedman also encourages individuals to pursue tertiary education.
