A plan to establish Early Childhood Centers at Primary Schools is well underway

Education Minister Octavia Alfred says a plan to establish Early Childhood Centers at Primary Schools is well underway.

Her statement comes as Dominica observes Early Childhood Development Month this month.

She says Eat Potato Day scheduled for November 18, is among the activities for the Month.
