A 75-million-US-dollar agreement is to be signed for the construction of a new cruise village.

Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit told a DLP meeting in YAMPIECE last night that the cruise village will present opportunities for residents in Roseau North.

He said the new school facility being constructed on the old site of Goodwill Secondary School will advance skills training.
