Dominica’s Prime Minister responds to questions over the delay in the restructuring of teachers at primary schools

Dominica’s Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has responded to questions over the delay in the restructuring of teachers at primary schools.
Recently, the president of the Dominica ASSOCIATION of Teachers, Mervin Alexander, said teachers at secondary schools were restructured, and a promise was given to do the same for primary schools
However, PM Skerrit says there are many factors to be considered before implementing the restructuring process.
