Executive Director of the Dominica Social Security, Janice Jean-Jacques Thomas, has endorsed a call for local musicians to recognise and honour contributions to the Dominica Social Security system.

In recent times, there has been a push for the creation of a pension fund for Dominican musicians and artists, along with a call for these local musicians to contribute to the Dominica Social Security.

Jean-Jacques Thomas believes that the Dominica Social Security can offer benefits to these individuals classified under the self-employed category.
