A nearly six-million-dollar rehabilitation centre is set to be built at the Dominica State Prison.

Minister of National Security Rayburn Blackmoore announced this development during a press conference at the Ministry of National Security this morning.

Minister Blackmoore stated that the centre will aid in the rehabilitation of inmates.
