Costume builder Darnely Guye has been recognised by the Discover Dominica Authority for his contribution to the country’s carnival celebration spanning 5 decades.
The awards ceremony was held at Pottersville ahead of the parade in the streets of Roseau.
Chairman of the Dominica Festival committee, Gerald Cools Latique.
Meantime, Mr Guye said he was elated that his contribution to the carnival had been recognised.
