A $7.9 million dollar contract signed for the construction of a new Citrus Certification Facility in Londonderry
A contract worth $7.9 million has been signed between the Government of Dominica and local civil engineering contracting firm ACE Engineering to construct a new Citrus Certification Facility in Woodford Hill.
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says that this facility offers the private sector a new opportunity to invest in the agriculture sector.
The project is part of the Emergency Agricultural Livelihoods and Climate Resilience Project (EALCRP).

Meantime, Minister of Agriculture Roland Royer says the facility will improve the country’s ability to supply citrus to the Caribbean region.
