Dominicans are being called on to assist the Dominica Police Force in ensuring there is minimum congestion within the city during the Christmas season.
Head of the Traffic Department Pelham Jno Baptiste says the police force has put measures in place to deal with the greater influx of persons coming into Roseau during the holidays.
Meantime Jno Baptiste says there are occurrences of illegal vending on the streets of Roseau which are to be addressed.
