The outstanding graduate of the UWI Global Campus Dominica and UWI Caribbean, Kelian Steadman has encouraged the class of 2024 to become leaders in Dominica and the Caribbean.

Her call came during the UWI Global Campus Dominica Recognition of Graduates Ceremony on Wednesday.

65 Dominican students were recognized by the UWI Global Campus Dominica.
