Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit believes three electoral reform bills should be brought to Parliament by the first quarter of next year to be debated and passed into law.
The Government of Dominica on Monday took three electoral reform bills to Parliament for the first reading only.
Mr. Skerrit says one of the provisions in the Electoral Reform Bills addresses the matter of diaspora voters.
