The preliminary inquiry into the matter which involves murder accused Jonathan Lehrer and Robert Snider has been adjourned to February 10, 2025.

Lehrer and Snider are on remand at Stockfarm Prison for the murder of Sanctuary Eco Resort owner Daniel Langlois and Dominique Marchand in the Gallion area in December 2023.

The accused Lehrer and Snider appeared in court on Tuesday for the preliminary inquiry, but lead Counsel for the State Thomas Astaphan told DBS News the matter was adjourned to give the defense team more time to review certain documents.
