The Roseau City Council threatens legal action against property owners who have failed to pay land and house rates.

The Roseau City Council has announced that legal action will be taken against property owners in Roseau who are in arrears of Land and House rates.
In a statement, the Council said this is to recover all rates that are due as delinquency in payments for Land and House taxes will no longer be tolerated.
City Clerk and CEO at the Roseau City Council Thomas Baptiste says the time has come for decisive action to be taken against these property owners.
