Constituents of Portsmouth called to take advantage of the available skills development courses

Parliamentary Representative for the Portsmouth Constituency Fenella Wenham-Sheppard is calling on Constituents to take advantage of the available skills development courses.

Sheppard says a number of new skill courses are being offered for individuals within the North of the island.
