The Minister for National Security has opposed the granting of bail to double murder accused Johnathan Lehrer

Minister for National Security Rayburn Blackmoore has opposed the granting of bail to double murder accused Johnathan Lehrer.   

Lehrer and his co accused Robert Snider are on remand at Stockfarm Prison for the murder of Sanctuary Rainforest Eco Resort and Spa owner Daniel Langlois and Dominique Marchand in Gallion in December 2023.  

However, on Tuesday the High Court opened bail for Lehrer under tough conditions, including a bail amount of one million dollars and having to revoke his US citizenship.
