Acting Chief Cultural Officer Earlson Matthew aims to elevate the event to the same level as the Miss Dominica pageant.

Matthew says one of the ways they are seeking to raise the standard of the National Miss Wob Dwiyet Pageant is to have a scholarship awarded to the winner.
