Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has welcomed the return of voter registration set for March 9.

However,  the Dominica leader expressed disappointment that the electoral commission took a decision to suspend voter registration close to a year ago.

Mr Skerrit says the electoral commission, by its action, created an administrative impasse, causing public concern.
